Our trainers are nationally certified and have a collective experience of 30 years in exercise leadership. We are fitness enthusiasts who enjoy educating and motivating our clients to achieve realistic goals. The people we train are diverse and include seniors, athletes, special populations and beginners. If you need the know-how and confidence to become an independent exerciser, or you want specialized individual attention, Coliseum Gym Trainers are ready to serve!
Here are five good reasons: 1. You just don’t have a clue. The last time you worked out regularly, Star Wars had just premiered—for the first time. Or maybe you’re a whiz at aerobics, but the thought of entering a weight room makes you break out in hives. If you’re committed but in need of guidance, five or ten sessions with a trainer will help you get back into the swing. 2. You've hit a fitness plateau. When your routine gets too routine, you stop seeing progress. A trainer can help you devise a workout regimen that will take you to a new level of fitness. 3. You’re recovering from an injury or illness. Today, many trainers work in consult with physicians, chiropractors and physical therapists to help clients along the road to recovery. A qualified trainer will show you how to draw the line between pushing yourself and overdoing it. 4. You want to join the race … or climb a mountain, or train for a triathlon, or cycle through Europe. A trainer can design a customized program that will put you in excellent injury-free shape to achieve your goal. 5. You simply can’t do it alone. There’s something to be said for the motivational value of making an appointment and dishing out money. For many clients, showing up to exercise is so much easier when someone is waiting. But in the end, of course, it’s you, not the trainer, who has to do the work. |
