Class Descriptions

ABS-- Strengthen your core and build up your abdominal muscles through use of various
abdominal exercises, which often include the stability ball for emphasis on building core
stability and further challenging the muscles.  From obliques to the deep abdominal
muscles, this class will hit them all.
                                                                                                                                                                        
                                  
BELLY DANCING--A fun and exotic way to an aerobic workout that focuses on the
abdominals and hips, as well arms and the rest of the body.

BOOTCAMP--This class stresses intense core training through a series of calisthenics
and strength training.  All fitness levels welcome.

CARDIO DANCE—Want a dancer’s body?  This class combines pilates, dance, and yoga
poses to give you a fun and challenging workout. Have great fun while working out your
entire body!  Appropriate for all fitness levels.

CARDIO SCULPT--Sculpt your body into the body you always dreamed of.  This low impact
class focuses on all the muscles of the body.

FITBALL SCULPT--Work your way to stronger abdominals while strengthening core
stability. This class incorporates the use of the fitball to perform a variety of abdominal
exercises.  This low impact class focuses on all the muscles of the body.

KICKBOXING—This class teaches good self defense techniques in a fun cardio
atmosphere.  Lose weight while learning to defend yourself.  All levels welcome.

PILATES--Get stronger, longer, and leaner with pilates mat workout. Pilates method
develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality,
invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit.

SPEED RACER--An advanced level spinning class for an intense cardiovascular workout.

SPINNING--A great cardiovascular workout that tones the lower body.  One on one
attention is given to each student who works at his or her pace. Every fitness level
welcome – no exception.  

WEIGHT TRAINING--Bringing in the weight training approach into the fitness studio.  This
class is geared to offer a user-friendly environment that targets all major muscle groups
including abs.

YOGA--Hatha yoga known as the traditional yoga entails the union of mind and body
through breath and postures (asanas) while stretching and strengthening the muscles to
calm and focus the mind.  All fitness levels are welcomed from novice to advanced.

ZUMBA--This total body fitness dance class combining salsa, cumbia, samba and
meringue. Appropriate for all levels.

while trying to workout each day.  That's
why we provide FREE
Day Care services
to all our members so that they don't get
stuck trying to find a babysitter or get
stuck paying an extra fee.
